Salary: Not specified Location: Chelmsford, Essex Job Type: Permanent Ref: SJP230702 Business Operations Insurance Broker Specialist Due to the team expanding, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as the Business Operations Specialist. This position will support the wider Client Service team and help facilitate change with process improvement across the regions we support. Establishes effective functional processes that meet desired metrics and business expectations that align with the overall business strategy. Delivers plans against target deadlines and business objectives and applies project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean to all related work. Ensures rollouts and ongoing execution meet quality standards and benefit realization expectations and identifies opportunities for process improvements and shares with the broader community. Facilitates the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts, and shares insights within a function or minor region as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers. Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements. Assists junior staff with training and development. Ensures operational processes are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation. Ideal experience of, broking, or technical processing. Define and implement best practices with internal and external clients including continuous review. Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements. Areas of expertise CLASS IMR, Xchanging &/or Bureau, ECF, XOL, Binders, Treaty, Delegated Authority & Claims. London Market Experience is essential. Strong business operations experience. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in teams and cultivate strong business relationships.
