Business Operations Lead focuses on independently manage small and medium projects owned by residential group.
What the role involves
- Independently manage small and medium projects owned by Residential Group.
- To be a subject matter expert for Residential when dealing with OEH/BSG projects.
- Increase efficiency by establishing process based KPIs for the Residential group.
- Supporting the Residential Senior Management Team with meeting activities.
- Monitoring daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Monitoring financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
