This Business Operations Manager will be joining our growing International team and help us scale our business outside the US. Working directly with Whatnot's international leadership team, this role will lead large cross-functional initiatives and solve complicated, unstructured problems. With the amount of opportunity that exists internationally, this role is a terrific way to get your hands dirty in a start-up within a start-up. It allows driven individuals to have outsized impact and learn about the business while contributing to critical initiatives. Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field 5-6+ years experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup Curious to learn about different parts of the business and how to pull certain levers to grow faster Low ego - happy to do anything it takes to help us grow Able to move remarkably fast with little structure or oversight Proven leadership and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to solve problems using data and process improvement Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our London, UK hub. Experience working on a marketplace or a two-sided platform Experience or passion for buying and selling in online marketplace communities Foreign languages SQL & Dashboard experience Compensation

£120,000 to £140,000 + benefits + equity The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity. Benefits
