Business Operations provide support for end-to-end organisational processes, from when a sales deal closes through to invoice processing. They provide an essential connection between different departments and help ensure that maximum revenue is returned from our clients. As a Business Operations Placement Student, you will report into the Head of Operations, working as part of the team who processes orders for all verticals, following strict compliance rules whilst providing client access to products promptly. This includes: Performing relevant onboarding checks for opening new accounts and submitting them to the Service and Billing team. Processing client orders and set ups within Salesforce, following guidance requirements and error checking. Maintaining communication channels with multiple commercial management teams. Handling queries sent into the business operations helpdesk, prioritising urgent issues and resolving within agreed timeframes. For the last 15 years, we've trained many placement students, many of whom go on to re-join us as Graduates. It's an exciting time, and we want you on board. To apply for this opportunity, you must be a current undergraduate at a UK university and be able to undertake a year in industry placement starting July 2025 and ending in August 2026. We accept applications from all degree backgrounds, but you will ideally study towards a Business or Numerical degree, and have an interest in business processes. Due to the nature of the role, stakeholder management skills are important. You'll also need to be accuracy-focused, as you will need to manage concurrent tasks at once. Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, this role is based in London and requires you to work in the office weekly. Please only apply if this location would be suitable for you.
