We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Business Partner - Retrofit to provide operational and financial support through data analysis and reporting. This role will involve managing daily reports, financial analysis, and maintaining critical departmental documentation. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the retrofit team by delivering accurate insights and efficient process management.

Duties

Work collaboratively within the retrofit team, assisting with various operational tasks.

Take ownership of company reporting, analysing operational data daily from the Protean system.

Prepare and maintain company schedules of rates and client reporting documentation.

Provide detailed weekly WIP analysis to support administrative teams.

Prepare variations and charge rates to maximise billing efficiency.

Deliver operational status reports, defect reporting, warranty status updates, and trend analyses.

Reconcile purchase orders (POs) and invoice reports on a daily/weekly basis.

Provide weekly programme and budget target reports to measure progress against forecasts.

Support process management, ensuring adherence and effective change implementation.

Perform monthly profit and loss (PNL) analysis and identify actions to meet revenue and profit targets.

Upkeep, maintain, and create processes and key guidance documentation to support company knowledge base and staff training.

Skills/Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL database management.

Financial analysis experience.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an analyst.

Quality and process management experience.

Desirable:

Finance-related qualifications.

Operational and business management experience.
