We're looking for a Business Planning Manager who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby's Tesco Media. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Media Client Services team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to create one plan for a growing organisation. This role presents an opportunity to be involved in the heart of the planning processes for Tesco Media, working with senior stakeholders to hold the business to account on its delivery of the Tesco Media business plan.

You will be responsible for the business plan, maintaining data integrity and accuracy using this to ensure the leadership team have the right data, to make the right choices, at the right time. You will need to be comfortable working across all levels in the organisation, highly collaborative with excellent facilitations skills. This is an exciting opportunity which plays a pivotal part in guiding the strategic growth of the company and ensuring we continue to be a market leader.

What we expect from you
  • Proven experience in bringing together supply and demand areas of an organisation in to one cohesive plan
  • Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross functionally without authority, building consensus and developing constructive relationships with key stakeholders
  • High Numerical and Business Acumen skills
  • Ability to distil complex messages and data into actionable insight for all levels of an organisation
  • Proactive with a desire to make things happen
  • Experience working within an Retail Media/Tech/FMCG or retailer
  • Degree or other relevant qualification MSP, P3O, Prince, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and experience with other planning & workflow tools such as Monday.com
  • Change management experience would be helpful but not essential
