This is a new role reporting into our recently appointed Operations Manager. You will help identify areas for improvement using data and industry knowledge. Experience in the legal sector would be very helpful. This role is similar to a Business Analyst, where you will engage with colleagues, learn their ways of working, and map out the processes. You will support our work around enhancing business reporting and management information across the firm. You should be comfortable analyzing data through various statistical methods and models. You are skilled with spreadsheets, systems, and data. Completing data mapping for processes across various departments is on the 'To do list'. You should ask questions around the business, as we encourage an inquisitive approach. At Napthens, we’re more than just a firm of solicitors and lawyers. The business services functions are vital in providing essential support to allow legal professionals to carry out their work and support our clients. From marketing to technology, risk and compliance to operations, and HR to finance, the business services teams make up around a third of our colleagues. Our head office is in Preston, and we have five other offices in the north west region including Blackburn, Lytham, Kendal, Southport, and Liverpool.
