Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement optimized processes. Use data analysis and modeling to support recommendations and decision-making. Ensure alignment between IT solutions and business objectives. Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems. Monitor performance metrics to ensure the ongoing success of process improvements. About You:

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within IT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma). Knowledge of IT systems and their integration with business operations. Experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry is a plus. What We Offer:
