Business Process and Analysis, Senior Manager We are looking for an experienced Business Process and Analysis Manager to lead the engagement activities for Business Analysis, Requirements gathering and definition, and Process Design. This role will lead a team of Business Analysts and Process Analysts, who will be focused on capturing the business requirements from various stakeholders and documenting the detailed requirements, process flows, and change impacts to support the transformation initiatives. They will capture the business requirements for programs, in conjunction with the subject matter experts, identify the impacts of the change and develop appropriate recommendations to manage/address the impacts. Full-time regular Principal Accountabilities: Produce an approved set of business requirements, based on use cases, as input into transformation and continuous improvement programs. Compile a requirements traceability matrix based on the documented functional, non-functional, and constraining requirements. Produce business process maps to show differences between current and future state. Analyse the impacts of changes in the business process, systems, and roles and provide recommendations on how to address these impacts. Support Requirements Workshops and document SME inputs that are easily understandable and can be circulated to business stakeholders. Support Change Management outputs such as Business Impact Assessments. Provide impact assessments and coaching support to sales and executive management to drive adoption and embed core processes to land the change. Process documentation, mapping and alignment across the various interconnected processes within the C2C Value Chain (Sales, legal, operations, Finance, Product Development). Tracking and reporting on benefits realization across the workstreams. Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Team Management – this role will lead a global team of analysts. Understanding of sales and commercial processes in general; experience in a software sales organization or subscription business is preferred. Ability to plan and run effective workshops with impacted teams. Ability to effectively evaluate the information provided through workshops and surveys, business process descriptions, and, if required, task analysis. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking mindset. Ability to negotiate the approval of the business requirements across multiple impacted teams in the business. Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with and influence all levels of the organization, particularly senior leaders. University degree in a related discipline with > 10 years of change management experience.
