Job Brief We are looking for a Business Quality Officer to work in our busy team in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will be a team player, hardworking and have excellent attention to detail to ensure all cases are reviewed to meet both the Company’s and regulated standards. Main Responsibilities Review cases pre-sale. Communicate with the Paraplanning, Training & Compliance and Technical & Proposition teams with feedback on cases. Complete and maintain the structured training and competence scheme. Candidate Requirements Diploma qualified (essential) AF3/AF7 or equivalent (desirable) Strong communication skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to compare reports with both written and audio recorded client documents. IT literate. Pension transfer knowledge is desirable. Experience within a Compliance or Advisory role within an FCA-regulated retail environment. Interview Process 1 st

Stage = Telephone interview 2 nd

Stage = Competent Adviser Test (to be taken at home). 3 rd

Stage = Competency based interview.
