You will be a key member of the Business Services Team, acting as a key point of contact for operational and business-related issues within the directorate, linking closely with teams, services and external organisations. Operationally responsible for the day-to-day management of our community premises, you will also line manage our reception and admin staff based on these sites, developing and maintaining rosters to ensure coverage of the reception areas in South Pembs Hospital, Tenby Cottage Hospital and Tenby Walk-In Centre, as well as Community Health Centres. As part of the central business function provided by the team, you will support senior managers with the maintenance of equipment, asset and risk registers for the Directorate. The Business Services Officer also supports the monitoring and contract management of all external SLAs held by the County Team, acting as the point of contact for SLA queries, and for monitoring returns from contract holders, as well as organisation and administration of quarterly SLA management meetings. The successful post holder will need to be able to travel to all sites within the Health Board if required, particularly the community premises within the Pembrokeshire County Directorate. About us
