to become a key part of its permanent teaching team from January 2025. About the Role The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to achieve their best in Business Studies. Contribute to the strategic development of the department, driving forward progress and innovation in teaching and learning. Take on leadership responsibilities associated with the TLR, including curriculum development, mentoring, or leading key projects within the department. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. Requirements The ideal candidate will: Hold

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have a strong academic background and a degree in a relevant subject area. Demonstrate successful teaching experience in Business Studies, ideally at both Key Stage 4 and 5. Have the ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love of learning. Show evidence of leadership experience or potential, with the ability to take initiative and drive positive change. Be committed to their own professional development and to supporting the development of colleagues.
