About the Role:
Supply Desk is partnering with a fantastic school in Aylesbury, seeking an ambitious Business Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Business across Key Stages 3, 4, or 5 and excel in classroom management. You should be passionate about delivering engaging, creative lessons and fostering strong relationships with both students and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the Business curriculum effectively to students in KS3, KS4, or KS5. Use pupils' prior attainment levels to set future learning targets. Plan lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and online resources. Maintain accurate records of pupils' work and progress. Mark and return assignments, including homework, within agreed timeframes. Monitor and set goals for students' academic and social development. Build mutual respect and rapport with students to support their learning journey. Requirements:
QTS, PGCE, ECT status, or equivalent (applications from Unqualified Teachers are welcome). Proven experience teaching Business at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school. A relevant degree or certification in Business or a related field. Benefits:
