MPS/UPS About the Role: Supply Desk is working closely with a fantastic school in the Slough area. They are seeking an ambitious Business Teacher to start ASAP. The school is looking for an excellent teacher with experience teaching all areas of Business at Key Stages 3, 4, or 5, and strong classroom management skills. You will have a passion for creating stimulating and engaging lessons for students and the ability to build strong relationships with both students and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the Business curriculum to KS3, KS4, or KS5 students Use students prior levels of attainment to set future targets Plan lessons in accordance with the departmental schemes of work and the online curriculum Keep accurate records of pupils' work Mark and return students' work, including homework, within an agreed timeframe Monitor and set targets for students academic and social progress Foster positive relationships with students to create a respectful learning environment Requirements for the Business Teacher Position: QTS, PGCE, ECT status, or equivalent (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply) Experience teaching Business at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school A relevant degree or certificate in Business Education Benefits: Excellent Pay Rates Dedicated Consultant Excellent Pension Scheme Fantastic Incentives Career Progression Opportunities What s Next?
