The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join this dynamic and successful school. You will: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Business Studies, inspiring students at Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5. Equip students with practical knowledge and skills to understand and succeed in the world of business. Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners. Monitor student progress through assessment and provide constructive feedback to enable all students to achieve their potential. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.

About You

The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Have strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Be an innovative and reflective teacher who consistently delivers excellent outcomes. Possess effective classroom management skills and a positive approach to supporting student well-being. Be passionate about preparing students for their future careers and instilling a strong understanding of business and enterprise.
