The Role - Business Studies Teacher We are seeking an experienced Business Studies teacher with a proven track record of inspiring students and achieving excellent academic outcomes. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering engaging, relevant lessons to students at Key Stages 4 and 5, covering GCSE and A-Level content. This role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ understanding of the business world, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Engage and inspire students through practical, real-world applications of business concepts. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing support and feedback to encourage achievement. Contribute to curriculum development and work closely with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies department. Stay updated with business trends and integrate real-world examples into lessons to enrich student learning. About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level Business Studies curriculum. A commitment to fostering students’ analytical skills, business acumen, and understanding of the global economy. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
