About Job: In this role, you will work closely with Business Development Managers and the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with company objectives and facilitate the management of the Welland product portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with distributors, coordinating new customer onboarding, managing distributor pricing and documentation, and supporting product launches. You will also play a key role in attending exhibitions, meetings, and events, as well as providing training and support to internal teams. Help manage specified sales and marketing projects in alignment with the Business Development Managers and Head of Sales and Marketing, ensuring they align with company objectives. Maintain and update the external website as needed and generate reports as required. Aid in managing the Welland product portfolio, both current and future, for the distribution network. This includes tasks such as setting up new product codes to enable sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and market influencers, regularly reporting on this activity. Support business development by sending samples to new prospects and ensuring that business systems are set up for new customers. Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers. Communicate new customer timelines across the business to support the Business Development Managers. Maintain the distributor price list, assist with forecast administration, conduct trend analysis, and support the PIM team with product launches by supplying documentation and ensuring up-to-date distributor details. Provide general sales and marketing support to both internal and external customers. Attend key exhibitions, distributor meetings, and other important events as directed by the International Sales Manager. Present at internal and external meetings as needed. Travel as directed by the Head of Sales and Marketing. Assist with product training and staff inductions as required. About You: Essential: A degree-level qualification, preferably in Business, Sales, or Marketing. Over one year of experience in an export sales and administration support role, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare sectors. Proven experience working with global distributors. Strong knowledge and understanding of export trade practices and procedures. Develop and foster long-term business relationships at all levels, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality. Able to prioritize workload effectively and work independently, showing reliability and initiative. Consistently produce high-quality work that meets the required standards. Proficient in IT tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels. Creative, innovative, and adaptable to change. Excellent presentation skills. Desirable: Fluency in a foreign language, both written and spoken. Experience in exhibitions and event management. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for exhibitions and distributor visits (passport required). Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals independently.
