Description As a Business Support Administrator your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. Assisting in organising meetings, events and appointments. Maintaining up-to-date records and databases. Coordinating with different departments for smooth operations. Completing necessary paperwork for reporting and documentation. Ensuring office supplies are maintained and reordered as required.
Profile A successful Business Support Administrator should have: A strong skill set in secretarial and business support. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
