Are you wanting to use your experience in administration to support our Adult Care Services to provide an outstanding experience? We are looking for a motivated person who can provide administrative support to facilitate an efficient operational service and the delivery of excellent care and support. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and will require a pre-employment health assessment as part of the onboarding process. This is a part time role of 33 hours per week, fixed term for 2 years. Main Responsibilities In this role you will: support the Business Support Coordinator to provide administration and business support for CQC regulated and non-regulated services, including residential care, supported living, respite, specialist day opportunities and home care. carry out purchasing and financial transactions. complete records management. support with internal and external customer service and auditing. This is a part-time role, it will be based mainly at Horninglow Bungalows in Burton On Trent but you will also be required to support in Lichfield, Stafford and on occasion in the north of the county. Hours of work will be 9:00am - 3:00pm/3.30pm - 5 days a week but this may change according to the needs of the business. The Ideal Candidate You will be enthusiastic about working with people with learning disabilities and autism and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will ideally have: good customer service skills ability to be well-organised good time management problem-solving skills and you will also have: Business Administration qualification, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience. Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality. Knowledge of legislation, policies, processes guidance and best practice to ensure that the service supported is continually improving. Experience working in an administration role. Experienced and confident in handling cash and being financially accountable. Experience working in a team. Intermediate level of information and communication technology skills. Interviews will be held: Week commencing 20 January 2025.
