Business Support Administrator Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

We are delighted to be supporting a business specialist in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their small team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have solid, long-term administration skills, a proactive and organised nature and looking to join a business during this period of growth!

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team. They are seeking someone who can think outside of the box, pick up tasks without prompting as well as seeking out solutions and adding value wherever required to meet the needs of the business!

You will be required to provide a high standard of client care and support as the first point of contact and directing queries appropriately.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

To provide general administrative and marketing support by processing documents in the required format to achieve a high standard of presentation and accuracy to meet company requirements.

Set up new client files following outlined company processes.

Follow up enquiries from clients and potential clients and record on CRM.

Research potential new sellers/buyers and input to CRM.

Process mailshots following company plan and in line with requirements.

To answer incoming calls on behalf of the company, assisting where possible or directing queries to the appropriate colleague.

Use templates to produce marketing material with input and sign off from senior management.

Upload approved materials to internal and external websites as appropriate.

To scan, save and audit client information upon receipt and file according to policy.

Email Confidentiality Undertakings to prospective buyers and query/process their responses.

Track enquiry source and performance and feedback to colleagues as appropriate.

Credit checks each prospective buyer/seller using third party portal.

To input and update buyers/sellers details onto the company CRM system.

Email marketing material and additional information to interested parties and record on CRM.

Confirm arrangements for meetings ensuring all details are correct and communicated to the relevant people.

Collaborate with third party marketing companies to ensure effective marketing.

Record all communication and actions on the company CRM system.

Assist team with other generic requests and those made by senior management.

General Requirements:

Good telephone manner as role involves extensive contact by telephone with clients of the company. Good IT skills inc. use of Office 365 (word, excel etc), Company CRM System (Salesforce), online dashboards/portals.

Ability to effectively work and coordinate with third party professionals.

Previous Administrative Experience (Essential).

Some marketing knowledge although NOT essential.

Happy working with limited supervision.

Proactive and able to make good use of quiet periods.

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk parking available

Hours:

Monday to Friday (Essential) 10am - 3:30pm (Or similar). Please note this is not a hybrid working role.

Salary:

Circa £25,000 (DOE) (Pro Rata)

Annual Leave:

23 Days + bank holidays
