Provide critical administrative support activities to ensure the effective and efficient running of the organisation. Support the creation, evolution, and deployment of the business strategy. Deliver administrative support across the organisation, including production of reports for functional and cross-functional meetings, travel, accommodation, and meeting bookings. Provide diary support to COO and the management team; arranging meetings and meeting rooms to support business needs. Support the development and deployment of the communications plan, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and consolidating information for Group meetings. Maintain the company travel system, including administering CAF SA’s ieDOC process and managing the corporate Taxi account. Organise and prepare for meetings in line with the central governance structure. Host and greet senior visitors to the Newport factory, coordinating visits for a smooth experience. Support the creation of communications for internal and external audiences, liaising with CAF's external marketing and PR company. Facilitate the organisation of events, including communications briefings and engagement activities. Required Professional Experience

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint. Able to understand complex topics to determine and capture key agreements, actions, and owners to produce coherent, concise notes.
