Business Support Administrator

to join a dynamic legal team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities for the Business Support Administrator:

Provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider firm, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to company standards. Perform essential tasks including photocopying, document bundling, scanning, printing, and creating and maintaining data rooms. Manage the case management system, storing and organizing documents electronically, and using the BigHand workflow system to address job requests promptly. Maintain the Records Management System, including deed scheduling and document retrieval. Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering checks and other legal documentation procedures. Assist with a range of operational tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing post, managing document storage, and supporting the team during staff absences. Support the Operations Director with routine and ad hoc tasks and assist in training new starters. Collaborate with team members to ensure training guides and departmental notes are kept up to date. Key Skills for the Business Support Administrator:

Proven ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines. A reliable team player, willing to assist colleagues and ensure smooth operations. Confident in using various office systems, and committed to ongoing personal development. Flexible and willing to take on a variety of administrative duties as required.
