We are looking for an amazing administrator to join our small, cheery team providing superb, professional administration support to our clinicians and patients. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You will get immense job satisfaction in helping colleagues and patients efficiently and compassionately. You will be supported and trained to reach your professional best, with opportunities for continuing development, training and career progression. Main duties of the job

Answering busy incoming phone lines, you will be speaking to patients, professionals, carers and colleagues, recording information on to client records and directing enquiries where needed. We'd like you to be confident and experienced in MS Office, including Outlook as you will process work from our shared inbox, creating and sending appointment letters, taking referrals, managing minutes and booking appointments and meeting rooms to keep our team and office running smoothly. Qualifications

RSA 3 Word Processing - or equivalent level of experience in practice. NVQ3 in administration - or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience. GCSE English or equivalent. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development. ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) - or similar. Audio typing or Shorthand/Speedwriting - qualifications or experience. Knowledge and Skills

Accurate typing skills on MS Word. Knowledge of healthcare, particularly an interest in the Mental Health and Learning Disability Sector. Experience

Previous experience of working within an administrative or secretarial team using MS Office including accurate typing on MS Word and using MS Outlook. Experience of dealing with confidential and complex information. Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills; attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required. Ability to take accurate formal and informal minutes. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
