The focus will be on handling everyday requests for support and prioritizing urgent or essential tasks and delivering these efficiently under direction. Setting up projects on our CRM system Organizing meetings and coordinating diaries Organizing, preparing, and sending invoices Creating, editing, and formatting documents Drafting letters and emails Researching and collating project data Reviewing email inboxes for several Surveyors and prioritizing their tasks A good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to uphold standards while juggling several tasks at once.
