You will: Advocate for our clients and champion adult social care and health, acting as a point of contact; assessing and resolving telephone queries, mailbox monitoring and production and distribution of correspondence and documentation. Coordinate the recruitment process for new staff and support staff inductions. Coordinate a range of meetings, including production of agendas, taking and producing minutes. Maintain financial processes, including auditing timesheets and mileage, investigating queries and ensuring financial records are accurate. Data entry into a range of systems and trackers, resolution of queries and input into development of monitoring processes, processing and recording annual leave, sickness data, creating care plans, care coordination and allocation of care calls to field staff. Proven experience in business support, administration, or a similar role. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving. A positive, can-do mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
