The Role: We are on the lookout for someone to work closely with the Sales & Business Development Team to help drive training sales forward! Responsibilities:

Actioning incoming booking forms Updating Microsoft Lists to ensure training bookings are recorded and status kept updated. Liaising with trainers regarding course dates and allocation of training. Updating and maintaining a training database and folder system. Dealing with client training enquiries. Liaising with accredited training bodies. Working to deadlines with the Sales Team regarding dates / delivery schedules of training. Keeping records up to date. Processing invoices in a timely manner. Process third party certification and issue to client. Processing completed paperwork / uploading certificates / issuing to clients / PIB RM colleagues Liaising with the Business Manager North and Business Support Controller regarding training completed for internal PIB colleagues to keep our internal colleague training matrix updated. NVQ registrations, getting learners onto Quals Direct, SQA, Proqual. Tracking and updating sales with learners’ progress. Sending NVQ certificates to clients. Upselling sales with potential customers over the phone. Listening to customers' needs to generate repeat sales as part of the follow up process. Gathering / documenting customer information and reactions to products to drive our focus. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products Experience and attributes:

5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C / 4 or above including English and Maths Experience in an administrative / training administration role Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet challenging deadlines and thrive under pressure Good interpersonal and time management skills Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
