Business Systems Analyst

Southampton + Hybrid working

£65,000 to £75,000 + Bonus & benefits


Business Systems Analyst required to join growing IT product solution team based from the company's Southampton office. You'll be joining an established technical team responsible analysing existing processes/software and implementing new client and entity management system (Viewpoint) into the business. You'll play a key role in leveraging modern technology to adapt and improve business processes and delivery.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Business application and Systems Analysis, identifying functionality improvements for the company systems
  • Playing a significant role in leading systems/application implementations and transformations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues when required, escalated any major issues to the senior management team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party Suppliers and Senior stakeholders


Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong technical understanding with experience with ViewPoint Entity Management software
  • Previous experience of working as Business Application / Systems Analyst, Project Engineer, Technical Analyst or similar
  • Previous system/application implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering and management
  • Ability to follow set governance and relevant Agile processes


Desirable:

  • Ability to mentor less experienced team members when necessary
  • Professional Services industry experience such as finance, legal, banking etc.
  • Azure migrations
