SimkissGuy Recruitment is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to support a prestigious organisation with a transformative data and reporting project on a 4-month fixed term contract basis, based in Birmingham City Centre and offering hybrid working. In this exciting role, you will: Organise and Simplify Data: Map current data sources, eliminate duplicates, and create a clear, structured system in SharePoint. Build a Central Data Hub: Develop a one-stop solution to store and access key performance and social impact data. Improve Reporting Processes: Create dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support data-led decisions and simplify regulatory reporting. Set Up for Success: Establish reporting processes and a framework to ensure smooth quarterly and annual reports. Drive Change: Work closely with senior leaders and department heads to develop a data-driven culture that supports future growth. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office 365 tools. Experience in data mapping, business reporting, and dashboard design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
