Job Summary We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring our systems serve the organisation's needs. You will be at the forefront of analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing impactful solutions. This position demands a strong understanding of systems engineering and architecture, alongside proficiency in various technologies. Key Responsibilities: Engage with ERP systems and other IT applications that drive our business forward. Lead the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement. Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues with agility and precision. Gather stakeholder requirements and document essential business needs. Empower and mentor users of business applications through training. Create, review, and maintain Functional and Business Requirement Documents (FRD & BRD) with diligence. Foster strong teamwork and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Work cohesively with all departments and stakeholders to drive synergy. Champion change configurations within business applications or processes. Prepare compelling business cases for application improvements. Commit to self-learning and participate in internal training courses for growth. Conduct thorough problem reviews, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions. Embrace new innovative technologies and tools with enthusiasm. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Excellent analytical skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies. Relevant qualifications in IT or a related field are advantageous.
