Location: Manchester - hybrid (3 days a week) Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits We're looking for a BA / Consultant with Business Systems experience to join a forward-thinking organisation that is going through a period of growth due to continued success! This is a problem-solving, solution-driven role where you will be dedicated to driving and enhancing business operations through innovative systems and technology (CRM). Mainly focused around Salesforce, you'll partner with stakeholders and business users to streamline processes, address challenges, and drive general efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and identify pain points. Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that align with wider business objectives. Write user stories and acceptance criteria. Solve product (CRM) related problems, making decisions around prioritisation and business deliverables. Assess, develop, and prioritise ideas to ensure that work aligns with the wider product strategy. Ensure that all changes have an appropriate release plan, with focused attention on communication, and measure success based on outcomes and adoption. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and getting to the core of an issue. You'll have experience working on projects focused around CRM (ideally Salesforce) and be looking to progress your career within the product space!
