Business Systems Manager , you will take ownership of optimizing and managing key business systems while driving improvements and efficiencies across the organization. Working alongside the Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in system integrations, data management, and ensuring seamless operations. This role will also involve translating technical jargon into actionable insights for stakeholders, contributing to the design and build process, and overseeing project management for new system initiatives. Key Responsibilities System Oversight : Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of business systems. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to align systems with business goals and needs. Project Involvement : Lead system integrations, upgrades, and migrations. Data and Reporting : Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and functionality. Team Collaboration : Support and train end-users while ensuring seamless system operations. What the Client is Looking For Insurance Experience : Candidates must have a background in personal or commercial insurance. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Power BI, databases, Excel, and software development practices. Problem-Solving Skills : A strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management : Experience in launching and building front-end websites or leading system implementations. Leadership Potential : While direct management experience is not required, you will take on a leadership role within this position. Why Join?
