Business Systems Trainer Your new company You will be joining a leading Scottish professional services organisation. Having been established for more than 100 years, they have built a reputation around high levels of service to their customers. They currently employ over 400 staff across a network of offices that includes Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, and Aberdeen. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Trainer to join their L&D team and help deliver a variety of courses and content across the business. Your new role As a Business Systems Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver effective learning solutions to colleagues throughout the firm. You will ensure that staff are well-versed in core systems such as CRM, CMS, and Microsoft O365 by providing training both in person and online. This role involves traveling to different offices to conduct training sessions, onboarding new employees, and keeping current staff informed about system updates and best practices. What you'll need to succeed You should have a proven track record in identifying training needs and delivering engaging training programs for various systems and processes. Excellent presentation and delivery skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt training content to suit different audiences. You should be comfortable presenting to diverse groups across multiple mediums and have strong technical experience with Office 365 applications. Experience with eLearning platforms and creating eLearning modules is desirable but not essential. Your collaborative approach will be key in working with internal stakeholders to tailor training programs and stay informed about system updates and technological advancements.
