Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Business Studies curriculum to students across Key Stages 4 and 5. The role entails fostering a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and an understanding of key business principles and practices. Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver captivating Business Studies lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational ethos. Create a classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement, participation, and collaboration. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Business Studies department and across the school to enrich the learning experience. Stay abreast of current trends and developments in the business world and incorporate them into your teaching. Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level. Ideal Candidate Attributes:
