We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Administrator to join an international trade fair and exhibition company with strong links to Germany.

LOCATION Work from Home/Remote - central London office available. Some in-office work essential but mostly a remote role.

COMPANY BACKGROUND Our client is a niche, successful business in the exciting field of trade fairs and business exhibitions, working with many UK-based companies that exhibit at some of Europe’s most prestigious business events in Germany.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To primarily support the Managing Director with the day-to-day management of administration for clients in the UK and project management of various trade fairs that take place in Germany throughout the year, the Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Administrator will have the following duties:

Support the Managing Director with trade fair projects and all related client correspondence and administration. Assist the MD in generating interest among UK-based potential exhibitors for current and future events throughout the year. Maintain regular contact and relationships with UK-based exhibitors throughout the event timeline and after-show follow-ups. Assist with email marketing campaigns and attend competitive events. Media planning and buying, writing copy, managing relationships with associations and press, organizing press events, preparing monthly sales reports, and maintaining and updating a CRM database. Raise paperwork using the accounts system, including delivery notes and invoices. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Fluency in English is essential. Fluency or an excellent level of German is a strong preference due to the nature of the business. Previous commercial support experience such as PA, Executive Assistant, or sales administration is preferred. Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to occasionally travel to Germany to attend trade fairs and exhibitions, though this will not be a regular occurrence. SALARY c£30,000 pro rata, part-time hours to be agreed.
