About The Company: Our client is a fast-growing organisation with over 100 years of British manufacturing experience. They produce a range of bespoke and off-the-shelf products that are high value, low volume capital equipment. With ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to double the size of the business to reach a £60M t/o within the next three years. As such, they are looking to bring on board a Business Transformation Director who can ensure that the processes and systems behind all aspects and functions of the organisation can facilitate their current and future business needs.
Business Transformation Director – The Role: This is a new role for the business and is vital to their future success. It will involve taking a deep dive into the business, looking at all aspects from engineering and sales through to finance and HR in order to make the business more efficient. As it’s a new role for the business, you will be able to shape the role where you see fit in order to drive success.
Business Transformation Director – Key Responsibilities: Conduct a deep dive into the business, reviewing their current business operations and drive improvements and growth across all functions. Define the organisations operations strategy, and provide recommendations on wider business strategy to support growth activity. Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency across the business e.g. time to manufacture, sales cycle length.
Business Transformation Director – You: You will have experience working within an engineering or manufacturing organisation. Strong track record of driving change within an organisation and bringing teams on a journey with you. Min. 10 + years in a leadership position. Experience in business transformation and driving growth.
