What the role involves

• Translate board and executive strategy into a prioritised portfolio of programmes and initiatives.
• Leading the endtoend delivery of complex, crossfunctional change programmes.
• Define reporting, forecasting & insight protocols.
• Work closely with operational, commercial, technical, finance and people teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Ensure transformation activity is delivered without compromising operational performance, quality, welfare or safety.
• Also take ownership of improving how the business understands its performance.
