• Operate as the central delivery lead across multiple sites and functions, acting as the link between leadership intent and operational reality.
• Translate board and executive strategy into a prioritised portfolio of programmes and initiatives.
• Leading the end to end delivery of complex, cross functional change programmes.
• Define reporting, forecasting & insight protocols.
• Work closely with operational, commercial, technical, finance and people teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Ensure transformation activity is delivered without compromising operational performance, quality, welfare or safety.
