Transformation Project Manager , you'll report directly to the GCC Head of Delivery and oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of transformative products and systems. Your projects will span across custom Salesforce solutions, SAP products, and the exciting transition to S4 Hana, a significant transformation program within the organization. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Lead the Global After Market Supply Chain Systems strategy, shaping the systems architecture, business case, and roadmap. Develop, execute, and manage a risk-based implementation strategy to ensure seamless project execution while minimizing disruptions and meeting operational expectations. Oversee project activities across IT infrastructure, ERP integration, security, and governance forums to identify gaps and steer successful delivery. Manage scope changes, negotiate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and within the expected quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive teams, operational teams, IT departments, and third-party service providers to foster collaboration and ensure clarity across all stages of delivery. WHAT YOU'LL NEED We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated Programme/Project Manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects. You'll need: Extensive experience in project and programme delivery, particularly in complex SAP implementations and major transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and leading high-profile workstreams with senior stakeholders. Expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a creative approach to systems implementations and knowing when to leverage each methodology for the best outcomes. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver projects in fast-paced environments. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling you to work independently and lead significant initiatives, while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
