We have some brand new opportunities with a specialist Travel Management Company, as they look for GDS trained travel industry professionals to join their homebased Business Travel team.

A minimum of 12 months business travel experience is preferred for the roles, however our client will also consider leisure travel candidates with solid flights experience using a GDS. The ability to deliver high levels of customer service is a must!

Role of Business Travel Consultant:
Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base
Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries
Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Communicate effectively with clients at all levels
Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients
Skills required for the role:
