Our client, a leader in offender learning, is currently seeking a Business Tutor to join their educational team at HMP Thameside in Greenwich, London. Key Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering high-quality business lessons focused on helping individuals to start their own businesses Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement Assessing learners' needs and developing individualised learning plans Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback Collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for all learners
Job Requirements:
A teaching qualification would be desirable or equivalent subject specialist qualification Minimum Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy Prior experience working with offenders Previous experience delivering training on starting up your own business/going self-employed Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
