This high-profile role focuses on driving the strategic direction and performance of a £40m+ business unit specialising in post, parcel, and e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the business unit’s strategy to maximise revenue, profitability, and market presence. Sales & Market Development:

Personally lead and mentor the sales team to target high-value customers in 3PL, postal, and e-commerce logistics markets. Drive top-line growth through consultative selling and long-term client relationships. Business Growth Ownership:

Act as a growth catalyst, identifying opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address market needs and outperform competitors. Customer-Centric Engagement:

Build strong partnerships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that enhance their operational performance. Operational Excellence:

Oversee alignment of sales, operational capabilities, and customer demands to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. The Person Sales Expertise:

Proven experience in high-value sales leadership within 3PL, intralogistics, or capital equipment industries. Strategic Mindset:

Demonstrated ability to align business objectives with market opportunities, creating and executing sales-driven strategies. Leadership Skills:

Inspires and drives cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. Industry Knowledge:
