£35,000 Why choose our Client? Our clients, a successful and well-known local supplier of meat products, are currently looking for a Butcher Shop Manager to join their busy shop operation. Based in Brighton, this butchers offers fresh produce to both customers and local businesses. Hours for the role are 06:30 - 17:00. What's involved? Overall responsibility for daily preparation and cutting of meat products according to customer orders, specifications, and preferences. Overall responsibility for ensuring proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality. Overall responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of all butchering equipment and tools. Taking overall responsibility for providing guidance and training to the rest of the team on all matters of Butchery.
