Analyst Team Leader
who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service. As the Analyst Team Leader your key responsibilities are: To lead, develop and provide support to the Retail Analyst Team by being an effective leader. To champion and promote a supportive coaching culture in which team members can continuously develop their skill sets, competencies, and confidence. Manage the day-to-day prioritisation and workflow of the Retail Analyst Team, ensuring business SLAs are met. Ensure good management practices are followed including regular 121s, objective setting, team engagement and prompt resolution of performance or conduct issues. Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy making, including updating key stakeholders across the business. About you: Effective and experienced in managing a team and driving performance. Comfortable liaising with staff and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Proven experience in data analytics. Able to coach and mentor others to aid in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
