Job Title Administrator | £28,380 up to £37,400* per annum | 30 days' holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme We are Big on Quality and Big on the Big Shop at Lidl. We are responsible for checking administrative documents and processes relating to products negotiated and sold in the UK or exported across Europe and the US. We need a confident and motivated Administrator with a meticulous eye for detail, who can understand the bigger picture and how systems, documents, and processes can affect the wider business. You will work closely with our Buying departments to ensure high quality standards within Buying Administration are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Travel bookings for different stakeholders in the business Multiple inbox management Organising team events and training sessions Creating and maintaining overviews and lists for internal use and INT Contract, invoice, memo, and internal communication checks prior to distribution to third parties Maintaining supplier and item data accuracy by all departments to ensure customers and suppliers receive the best possible service Preparing reports for the buying management team Meeting strict business critical deadlines Requirements: Intermediate Excel skills are essential Experience in Administration is desirable Focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail Self-Motivated and driven Prolific in a fast-paced environment Well-organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and deadlines Excellent computer skills Confident communication with colleagues across all levels of the business Able to learn and problem solve Strong numerical skills and data interpretation German language understanding advantageous Benefits: 30 days holiday (pro rata) 10% in-store discount Sabbatical Enhanced family leave Pension scheme More perks you deserve *includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance Lidl values diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
