Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrator to join our team. This role involves checking administrative documents and processes related to product negotiations and sales in the UK and abroad. Key Responsibilities:

Travel bookings for various stakeholders Management of multiple inboxes Organisation of team events and training sessions Creation and maintenance of overviews and lists for internal use Review and checking of contracts, invoices, memos, and internal communication Collaboration with Buying departments to ensure high quality standards Preparation of reports for the buying management team Requirements:

Intermediate Excel skills Experience in Administration (desirable) Focused and accurate with an eye for detail Self-motivated and driven Excellent computer skills Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer:
