This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, based in Derriford, Plymouth, UK.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and achieve stock and sales targets. Source, manage, and develop product ranges and promotional offers. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and enhance product offerings. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to keep ahead of the curve. Compile and interpret data to shape impactful strategies. Ensure smooth operations by completing administrative, financial, and system processes on time. Support retail staff with seamless implementation of new ranges in stores.

What You Bring to the Table:

A passion for retail and a keen eye for market trends. Outstanding communication skills and commercial savvy. Exceptional organisational, administrative, and prioritisation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and graphs. A collaborative yet independent work style, ready to excel both on your own and as part of a team.
