What’s the role about?

We are looking for a talented and engaged student to join our Buying team as a Buying Placement. This role will support admin tasks and work alongside Merchandisers, Product Developers, and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for all areas of the Reiss brand.

You will currently be in your second year of studies and will be available to join us for a 52-week placement from July 2025.

Who you are

Previous shop floor or head office retail experience is preferred, but not essential.

Have a passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.

Always looking to be proactive and problem solve.

Work confidently in a team and individually, able to work on your own initiative.

Highly organised with strong time management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What you’ll be doing

Providing admin support for the Buying team.

Tracking and logging sample ordering.

Assisting with the management and maintenance of the Product Pull Outs rails.

Supporting with identifying best and worst sellers from reports to build presentations.

Keeping Retail, E-commerce, Press, Visual Merchandising & Franchise teams up to date on product selection to help drive sales.

Keeping up to date on what is happening in the fashion world, presenting findings to the Buyer and Designers to further develop your product skills.

Contributing commercial ideas and views, adding value to decisions made by the team.
