The main purpose of the post is to provide procurement support across The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and any other stakeholder organisations. This role will be to assist the Procurement Team in the day to day effective operation of the service. Tasks include updating and maintaining procurement systems including the Procurement Catalogues, Unit 4 (Agresso) integration, Contracts Database and Stock Management systems. Liaising with the Procurement Team, Customers and Suppliers around issues and queries to ensure an effective and cost efficient service is delivered, ensuring a first class customer service is maintained at all times. Qualifications and Training
4 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English. Experience
IT Literate with demonstrable experience working with a number of IT systems Database Data Entry Advanced Excel user - data sorts, lookups, compare, pivot tables Agresso use or equivalent E-Procurement System experience Stock management knowledge Skills and Knowledge
