Engage with customers and assist them throughout the entire sales process, providing product information, answering inquiries, and offering guidance. Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our BYD electric vehicles. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in electric vehicles and effectively communicate them to customers. Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred. Passion for electric vehicles and a strong commitment to sustainable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers by displaying professionalism and integrity. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles to deliver outstanding results.
