We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include: Play a key role in the technical development of our pensions products. Develop, test and deploy code, work collaboratively with other members of the team to manage integration, problem solving and provide mutual peer-review. Take ownership of the assigned development of new functionality and technical escalations. Keep colleagues informed about task progress, issue resolution, handling and mitigation of key risks and dependencies. Ensure clean, well-documented and complete task delivery to plan. Have a thorough understanding of SDLC process. Be a good team player with ability to manage and deliver assigned tasks to a very high quality standard. Have the innovative mindset to evaluate and suggest new perspectives, processes and tooling Contribute to continuous improvement of processes Experience in pensions (UK/US) or FinTech is desirable. Key Criteria Be Proficient in C programming with minimum 6 years of proven professional experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent coding skills with professional experience in CoffeeScript Proficient in RDBMS DB concepts including SQL and stored procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues, with experience in precise and detailed technical communication. Experience in EJS(Embedded JavaScript templates) will be preferred. CLP – C Certified Professional Programmer Certification preferred.
